Flagship 20+ guest chalet in Morzine seeks a chef for winter 2026/27 to run fine-dining-standard evening meals, breakfasts and afternoon tea in an open-plan kitchen.
What you'll do
- Sole responsibility for evening meals for up to 26 guests, 5 nights/week
- Prepare cooked breakfasts and afternoon tea
- Manage food ordering, inventory and budget
- Apply classical techniques with Alpine influences
- Maintain HACCP and allergen management standards
