Frequently asked questions

Seasonal jobs are posted on each country's job boards, resort and hotel sites, and aggregators like Na sezónu. Na sezónu scans six foreign job boards and keeps only the seasonal roles — you see them in one place, filter by country, sector and pay, and apply directly with the employer.

Yes. Most hotels, restaurants and resorts hire directly and no agency is needed. Na sezónu only collects and rewrites listings — you always apply in the original advert and we charge nothing.

Germany's statutory minimum wage is €13.90/hr (2026). Austria has no statutory minimum — hospitality and catering run on a collective agreement of around €11.70/hr. Every listing shows the country floor below which an employer can't legally pay you.

The summer season (May–September) is filled from spring, tourism hotels often earlier. The winter season (December–April) hires in autumn. Farm harvest work has a short lead time — weeks before the crop.

Some roles (kitchen, housekeeping, picking, lift operations) are fine with basic English or none. Service and reception usually need the local language or English. In the filter you tick the languages you speak and see only the jobs those are enough for.
