Fine dining restaurant Edmond's at Four Seasons Resort Megève seeks a Junior Sous Chef to supervise kitchen staff and manage production for the 2026/27 winter season.
What you'll do
- Supervise Chefs de Partie, Demi Chefs de Partie, Commis and Intern
- Manage inventory and supervise production at workstations
- Implement organization and communication for production quality
- Adapt stock orders to activity level and food cost targets
Requirements
- Legal right to work in France
- 2 to 5 years experience in culinary leadership
