Family-run 37 ha wine estate in Mercurey seeks a vineyard team leader for the season and harvest, supervising staff and performing vine work such as pruning, training and leaf thinning.
What you'll do
- Supervise and motivate the vineyard team
- Vine planting, pruning, training and leaf thinning
- Maintain trellising and vine rows
- Maintain and service equipment
- Assist in cellar work during harvest
Requirements
- 2-3 years minimum experience in the same role
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Guyot Poussard pruning technique
