Assists the head cellar worker with winemaking, aging, storage and bottling at a 165-hectare Provence winery; also helps with harvest reception and general facility maintenance.
What you'll do
- Assist with grape reception and pressing
- Participate in winemaking operations (racking, blending, filtration)
- Clean and disinfect cellar equipment and tanks
- Help with bottling and packaging
- Support warehouse and maintenance tasks
